Cooking Instructions

Bring 3 cups of milk to a boil. Add 1/2 cup of Skynik Roasted Vermicelli and simmer over low heat until soft.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar and a dash of green cardamom powder. Mix thoroughly.
In another pot, heat 2 tbsp of ghee over medium heat. Lightly sauté 2 tbsp of cashews and 2 tbsp of raisins.
Add the nuts to the payasam/kheer, mix well, and serve warm or cold.
